The program makes the business case for diverse boards and illustrates how Emotional and Social Intelligence enhance corporate governance.
Specifically, the modules cover topics such as board evaluation, board-management relationships, board nominations, committee leadership, effective meetings, ethics, decision-making, integrated reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and sustainability.
