This program is designed to prepare both current board members and potential candidates for a successful and effective board selection process. Both parties will engage in a one-day practical exercises to ensure smooth and informed interview process, leading to stronger, more cohesive board leadership.
For board members, the workshop aims to enhance their ability to interview, evaluate, and select new members who align with the organisation's strategic vision, values, and governance needs. For candidates, it prepares them to understand board expectations, demonstrate their qualifications, and showcase their alignment with the board’s goals.
